摘要
以传统的运输规划为基础, 将城市居住土地使用合理地引入到城市交通运输问题中, 构造了具有弹性需求的城市交通运输规划与土地使用的组合模型。在模型中, 城市居住土地使用被分为拥有和非拥有两种形式, 土地使用主要表现在出行的数量上。其中拥有形式的OD 需求量是固定的, 而非拥有形式的OD 需求量是弹性的。所构造的模型不仅可以充分反映城市居住土地使用和交通运输规划两者之间相互作用的关系, 由于将一部分需求量视为弹性需求, 因而使得城市交通运输规划问题更加切合实际。此外, 还为所构造的模型设计了相应的算法,
Based on traditional practice,the urban housing land use is introduced into transportation planning in this paper A combined model of urban housing land use and transportation planning is formulated In the model,the urban housing land use is devided into two forms:owning and non owning In the owning land use,the OD demand is fixed,and the OD demand is elastic in the non owning land use The formulated model not only can fully represent the interaction relationship between urban housing land use and transportation planning,but also can make transportation problem more practical for a part of demand is considered as elastic demand A algorithm is also presented,and a example is given in this paper
