The E-C Translation of Metaphor as Viewed of Cognitive Semantic Structures

隐喻从最初被人们视作的一种修辞手段,直到现在国内外学者都认识到隐喻是一种基本的人类认知方式。在翻译中,处理好隐喻的翻译可以向目的语读者准确地传递原语中隐喻要表达的语义特征和认知方式。通过回顾隐喻研究及隐喻翻译在不同时期的发展和变化以及其在国内的影响进行概述,从认知语义学的角度出发,将认知语义学下的四种隐喻意义结构为基点,试图提出认知语义结构下的隐喻翻译策略,以期对隐喻翻译提供一个新的视角。

Metaphor had been regarded as a rhetorical device and now it has been being studied it as a cognition method.A proper translation of metaphor fully transfers the semantic features and the way of cognition to the target reader information conveyed in the source text.By way of an overview of the evolution of metaphor studies,the development and influence of the translation of metaphor,the thesis tries to contrast the translation of metaphor strategies from the view of the cognitive semantic structures in order to get the enlightenment for the research of the translation of metaphor.
