摘要
在汽车前照近光灯的设计中一直存在一个矛盾: 既要充分利用灯炮的光能, 使出射光强足够大, 又要防止出射光给对面司机造成眩目。为解决这个问题, 本文设计了一种新型的多反射镜前照近光灯, 该多反射镜采用双焦抛物柱面结构以充分利用光能, 同时多反射镜中部分单元为倾斜抛物柱面, 以生成清晰的对角明暗截止线, 防止眩目现象出现。
The inherent dilemma in the design of a low?beam(passing?beam)headlamp pattern is a trade?off between providing sufficient visibility for the driver using the headlamp and protecting oncoming drivers from glare.To solve this problem,this paper presents a Multi Reflector which has a dual focal length parabolic cylinder construction to fully utilize the light emission of the light source. Also, some segments of the MR are of the tilted parabolic cylinder shape,so a sharp diagonal cutoffline can be realized.
