摘要
研究出一套适合我国公路建设项目后评价的方法， 对客观、公正、科学的得出评价结论有着重要的现实意义。本文以统计学原理和预测学原理为理论基础， 对各种评价方法进行了深入的分析和研究。
Post?assessment is a kind of retrospective and prospective evaluation from multiple points of view used for highway construction project evaluation. This paper analyses and studies the post?assessment method based on the statistical principles and forecast theory, with proposals made to improve the post?assessment by way of integrated and systematic approach.
