摘要
径向功率合成技术适用于对多路功率放大器进行高效的功率合成,因而近年来受到越来越多的重视。然而,由于设计和结构的复杂性,径向功率合成器目前的应用并不广泛。使用阻抗匹配的概念,提取了圆锥波导、径向线、扩展同轴结构的等效电路模型,分析了设计方法。采用此方法设计的圆锥波导和径向线合成器取得了令人满意的仿真结果。比较了三种结构的径向功率合成器的特性。
Increasing interests have been paid to radial power combiners recently because they are extremely suitable for combining a large number of power amplifiers over a wide bandwidth with high efficiency.However for its design and manufacture complexity,its use is limited.Equivalent circuit model has been extracted using conical line,radial line and oversized coaxial structure respectively.A design method based on impedance matching is given.Based on our design method,satisfactory simulation results are achieved.The comparison of such combiners on their bandwidth,efficiency and etc.is also discussed.
