摘要
对藜的利用做了研究和探讨,试验采用加热絮凝的方法,从藜的地上部分提取叶蛋白,对不同生育期、不同收获时间、不同存放时间对藜叶蛋白提取率的影响进行了实验研究.结果表明:在开花期提取叶蛋白,效率较高(3.26%),提取物纯度较高(产品中CP为51.86%),有效成分含量大(8.867g/株);在开花期白天不同时间收获的藜,叶蛋白提取率差异不显著(P>0.05);采集物应在24h内及时进行提取,延长时间会降低叶蛋白提取量和品质.
In this paper,the usage of Chenopodium album L.was studied.Heating flocculation method was used to extract leaf protein from the overground parts of Chenopodium album L..The effects of different growth stages,different harvest time and different storage time for the leaf protein extraction yield were explored.The results showed: When extracting the leaf protein in flowering period,the extraction yield was higher(3.26 %),also with higher extract purity(the CP is 51.86%),higher effective components(8.867g/strain);When harvested at any time during the day(8:00~20:00) in the flowering period,leaf protein extraction rate was not significant(P〉0.05);The leaf protein should be extracted within 24h after the plants were harvested.An extension of time will reduce the yield and quality.
