摘要 本文是一篇综述,内容涉及急性肾损伤时早期检测的生物标志物,包括有中性粒细胞白明胶酶有关的脂钙蛋白、胱抑素C、白介素-18及肾损伤分子-1有关的生物化学及临床应用。 This paper is an overview.It implicates biomarkers for the early detection of acute kidney injury,including neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,cystatin C,interleukin 18 and kidney injury molecule-1,which is associated biochemistry and clinical application.
