阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血清白细胞介素-18、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平及意义 被引量:11

Detective significance of serum interleukin-18 and matrix metalloproteinases-9 in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

摘要 目的探讨炎症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的关系,从而为OSAHS发病机制提供证据。方法选择OSAHS患者85例(其中轻度30例,中度25例,重度30例)为实验组,另选择健康者25例为正常对照组,测定各组白细胞介素18(IL-18)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)。测定睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低脉搏氧饱和度(SPO2)。结果①我们比较正常对照组、轻度OSAHS组、中度OSAHS组及重度OSAHS组血清IL-18、MMP-9水平发现OSAHS组比正常对照组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②OSAHS组血清IL-18与MMP-9呈正相关,且分别与睡眠呼吸监测指标(AHI、最低SPO2)密切相关。结论本研究表明炎症标志物IL-18、MMP-9与OSAHS密切相关,OSAHS可能是一种与炎症相关的疾病。 Objective To explore the changes of serum interleukin-18(IL-18) and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) patients without complications and the relation between inflammation and OSAHS.Methods All observed subjects were divided into 4 groups: control subjects,mild OSAHS,moderate OSAHS and severe OSAHS.Serum IL-18 and MMP-9 concentrations were measured and compared among 4 groups.The correlations were analyzed between the two factors and sleep-breathing parameters in OSAHS.Results ①Serum IL-18 and MMP-9 levels were higher in OSAHS patients than those in control subjects(P0.01).②Serum IL-18 and MMP-9 levels in OSAHS patients were correlated positively,and those were correlated with the sleep-breathing parameters respectively.Conclusions OSAHS may be a disease associated with inflammation,and closely relate with IL-18 and MMP-9.The inflammatory process may urge the occurrence of heart cerebrovascular disease.
