白介素4受体I50V、Q576R、P761基因多态性与尘螨变应性鼻炎的关系探讨

摘要 目的探讨白介素4受体I50V、Q576R、P761基因与尘螨变应性鼻炎遗传易感性的相关性。方法用PCR-RFLP法为88名无亲缘关系的尘螨变应性鼻炎患者和102名无血缘关系的健康汉族人进行白介素4受体Q576R、I50V、P761基因分型。结果尘螨变应性鼻炎组的I50V、Q576R和P761基因型频率与对照组相比,均无显著性差异(P值均大于0.05)。结论本实验结果显示I50V、Q576R和P761基因尚不能被认为是尘螨变应性鼻炎的候选易感基因。 Objective To investigate the correlation of interleukin-4 receptor I50V,Q576R,P761 genes and allergic rhinitis with dust mites.Methods Interleukin-4 Receptor Q576R,I50V,P761 genes in unrelated healthy individuals of Han nationality and the cases of allergic rhinitis with dust mites were genotyped by PCR-RFLP technique.Results Interleukin-4 Receptor Q576R,I50V,P761 genes in patient group was no significant difference compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Interleukin-4 Receptor I50V,Q576R,P761 are not associated with allergic rhinitis with dust mites.
