子宫内膜异位症患者术后自我管理行为与自我效能相关性研究

Correlation analysis on post-operative self-management behavior and self-efficiency for patients with endometriosis

目的研究子宫内膜异位症患者术后的自我管理行为、自我效能及两者相关性。方法应用自我效能量表和自行设计的自我管理行为量表对120例子宫内膜异位症患者进行调查,并进行相关分析。结果子宫内膜异位症患者术后自我管理行为总分(53.02±10.56)分,处于中等偏低水平;自我效能(6.56±1.79)分;自我管理行为与自我效能呈显著正相关。结论要提高子宫内膜异位症患者的自我效能,以改善自我管理行为。

Objective To study post-operative self-management behavior,self-efficiency and their correlation for patients with endometriosis.Method Investigate 120 patients with endometriosis by self-efficiency scale and self-designed self-management behavior scale.Analyze their correlation.Result The total score of self-management behavior is（53.02±10.56） for patients with endometriosis,which is in middle-low level.Self-efficiency score is（6.56±1.79）.Self-management behavior has positive correlation with self-efficiency.Conclusion Post-operative self-management behavior for patients with endometriosis should be improved by enhancing self-efficiency.
