Contents and Methods for Monitoring and Controlling of Cable stayed Bridges at Construction Stage

基于铁道部大桥工程局桥梁科学研究院对近年来一些大型斜拉桥施工监测监控工作的总结，介绍了监测监控机构及其监控管理，斜拉桥在施工阶段监测监控的内容和方法，阐述了监测监控的实施原则及其重要性。

Based on the summary of construction monitoring,controlling of some major cable stayed bridges having been carried out in recent years by Bridge Science Research Institute,Major Bridge Engineering Bureau, the Ministry of Railways, the monitoring,and controlling organs and controlling management are introduced. Contents and methods for the monitoring and controlling of the cable stayed bridges at construction stage are provided,and working principles and importance thereof are dealt with. Finally, specific requirements in connection with the monitoring results are put forward.
