miRNA-21在肿瘤中线性调控机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是真核生物中一类长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA。它们能够通过与靶mRNA特异性结合引起靶mRNA的降解或者抑制其翻译而在动植物基因表达调控中扮演重要角色。大量实验证据表明,miRNA-21亚群可通过调控其靶基因参与的信号通路,影响肿瘤的发生和发展,发挥着类似于癌基因或抑癌基因的功能。本文以全新角度展示了miRNA-21亚群在肿瘤中从上游调控因素到下游负性调节肿瘤抑制因子的线性调控机制,以期加深对肿瘤发展机制的理解,并为肿瘤治疗提供新的研究方向。
