原癌基因Bmi-1在消化道肿瘤研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 原癌基因Bmi-1(B-cell-specific moloney murine leukemia virus integration site1)是多梳基因家族(polycomb group genes,PcG)中的成员之一,其编码蛋白是一种广泛表达的核蛋白,调节同源盒基因(homeobox-containing genes,Hox)的转录。Bmi-1可以通过INK4a/ARF阻断细胞周期相关蛋白P16Ink4a和P19Arf(人类为P14Arf)抑制细胞增殖的作用,并与C-myc起协同作用参与调节细胞的增殖和分化,成为成体干细胞和肿瘤干细胞的自我更新和分化所必需。Bmi-1在肿瘤细胞表达普遍上调,在肿瘤启始和进展阶段发挥重要作用。近来针对Bmi-1基因的研究已越来越多,本文就Bmi-1与消化道肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
