The application of a informatization teaching management system has become a must due to the strong demand from higher institutions for further teaching reforms focusing mainly on the higher instruction quality and better managerial efficiency.This paper is to explore some possible ways and methods to deal with the problems confronted by higher institutions in their ways to building up a sound informatization teaching management system.
