浅谈国有大型煤炭企业转型的路径

State-owned Large-scale Coal Enterprise Transition

转变经济发展方式是我国宏观经济发展的客观要求,作为可耗竭资源型煤炭企业,特别是老企业,转型问题更为复杂和困难。本文从五个方面探讨了国有大型煤炭企业转型遇到的困难、制约因素和瓶颈,提出了转型的路径、内容和保障措施。

Transition of the mode of economic development in China is the objective requirement of the macro economic development.The transition is more complex and difficult for the coal enterprises,whose resources can be depleted,especially for the old enterprises.This paper discussed the difficulties of state-owned large-scale coal enterprise transformation from five aspects and proposed the transition way,content and security measures.
