摘要
刮板输送机能否正常运转,将直接影响综采工作面的正常生产。刮板链作为刮板输送机的牵引机构来完成物料的输送工作,断链是经常出现的问题。通过对刮板链在工作过程中工况的分析,提出了预防断链的措施。
Whether the normal operation of scraper conveyor or not will directly affect the normal production of fully mechanized working face.Scraper chain as scraper conveyor traction institutions is to finish the job to transport materials.Broken conveying chain is the common problem.The scraper chain operation conditions are analyzed here,and the preventive measures of broken chain are put forward.
