对前置胎盘孕妇健康教育的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of health education for the the pregnant women with placenta previa

目的探讨健康教育对前置胎盘孕妇的效果。方法以四川省内江市第二人民医院前置胎盘孕妇47例为治疗组,以前置胎盘孕妇41例为对照组。对照组给予传统的健康教育,治疗组给予有计划、有目的、有针对性的健康教育,比较2组临床效果。结果经过有计划、有目的及有针对性的健康教育后,治疗组继续妊娠率及满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时实施有计划、有目的及有针对性的健康教育,可提高母婴健康及对护理质量的满意率。

Objective To investigate the effect of health education for the the pregnant women with placenta previa.Methods 47 cases of pregnant women with placenta previa in our hospital were taken as the therapeutic group,41 cases of pregnant women with placenta previa as the control one.The control group received the traditional health education.The therapeutic group underwent the planned,purposeful and targeted health education.Then we compared the clinical effect in 2 groups.Results After the health education,the rate of continued pregnancy and satisfied rate in the therapeutic group was higher than that of the controls.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It can improve the health of maternal and child and the satisfied rate of the quality of nurse when we timely put the planned,purposeful and targeted health education into practice.
