特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者外周血调节性T细胞表达的研究 被引量:1

Study on alterations of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cell in peripheral blood of patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

摘要 目的通过分析特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者治疗前后外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的变化,探讨它们在ITP发生过程中的作用。方法流式细胞仪检测40例ITP患者治疗前后和30例健康对照者的外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的比例并分析比较。结果 40例ITP患者治疗前CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的表达明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后除无效组外,其表达明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),但仍低于对照组(P<0.05),初诊组与无效组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);显效组、良效组和进步组均明显高于无效组(P<0.05),但良效组和进步组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ITP患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞比例降低,但治疗后随着病情的好转逐渐升高,提示CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可能在ITP的发病中起着重要作用。 Objective To compare the changes of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) before and after treatment,and to analyze the effect of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in the pathogenesis of ITP.Methods Flow cytometry was used to test the CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in peripheral blood of 40 ITP patients and 30 healthy people,and we investigated the change before and after treatment.Results The expression of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in patients with ITP before treatment was significantly lower than that of control one(P0.05),but it was higher than that of patients after treatment(except the ineffective group)(P0.05).The expression of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in patients with ITP after treatment was still lower than those of controls(P0.05).Compared to ineffective group,the levels of the CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in effective group,moderate effect group and progress group were obviously higher(P0.05).However,there was no difference between moderate effect group and progress group(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in patients with ITP decreases,but it will increase after the treatment.So CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell may play an important role in ITP pathogenesis.
