摘要
目的研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血浆D-二聚体与脑梗死的相关性以及探讨二者本身相互关系。方法检测110例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)与100例健康体检者(对照组)的血清Hcy和血浆D-二聚体水平,并分析患者组两种指标的相关性。结果患者组血清Hcy和血浆D-二聚体明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且在一定范围内血清Hcy与血浆D-二聚体呈正相关性。结论血清Hcy和血浆D-二聚体在一定范围内的高表达与脑梗死有相关性,且一定范围内二者本身也是趋势一致。
Objective To observe the level changes of serum homocysteine（Hcy） and plasma D-dimmer in patients with cerebral infarction,and investigate the correlation between the levels of serum Hcy and plasma D-dimmer.Methods The levels of Hcy and D-dimmer from 110 patients with cerebral infarction and 100 healthy controls were measured,and the correlation between the levels of Hcy and D-dimmer were analyzed.Results The levels of serum Hcy and plasma D-dimmer in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those of healthy controls（P0.05）.The Hcy level of patients with cerebral infarction moderately increased,and the level of serum Hcy had positive correlation with the level of plasma D-dimmer.Conclusion The high levels of serum Hcy and plasma D-dimmer are highly associated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction,and in a certain range,the increase of D-dimmer level is related with the increase of the Hcy level.
