铜陵市产业发展问题研究——基于长三角产业转移与商务成本视角的分析

A Study on Tongling City Industrial Development——From the perspective of Yangtze River Delta Industrial Transfer and Business Cost

商务成本的降低会导致外部资本流入的增加和原有资本流出的减少。铜陵市在资源型城市转型过程中存在生产要素成本和市场成本的压力,制约了该市产业的发展。文章研究认为应大力发展基础设施建设,增强集聚经济,加大人力资源开发力度以及强化政府服务功能等,营造良好的发展环境,降低商务成本,促进铜陵市实现跨越式发展。

The reduction of business cost can lead to the increase of external capital inflow and the decrease of original capital outflow.Tongling city,a resource-based city in Anhui province,witnesses the pressure brought about by the reduction of business cost during the transformation of resource-based cities,which retards the business development of the city.To achieve the leapfrog development of the business in Tongling city,this paper views that we should strive to vigorously promote infrastructure construction,enhance agglomeration economy,intensify human resource development and reinforce the municipal government services,which can contribute to the creation of the favorable environment for development and the reduction of business cost.
