单亲大学生心理健康状况与家庭环境因素分析

A survey on the mental health status and family environment of single-parent undergraduates

目的:了解单亲家庭大学生的心理健康状况及家庭环境因素的影响,为单亲大学生的心理健康干预提供参考。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)与家庭环境量表(FES-CV)对中山市两所大学的200名单亲大学生及200名完整家庭大学生进行评定。结果:①单亲家庭大学生及其家长有效问卷176份,完整家庭大学生及其家长有效问卷181份,单亲家庭大学生的心理健康状况与完整家庭大学生比较,差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。②单亲家庭男大学生的人际敏感和抑郁得分显著低于完整家庭男大学生(t=3.17,P<0.01和t=1.99,P<0.05);单亲家庭女大学生的抑郁得分显著高于完整家庭女大学生(t=4.55;P<0.01)。③单亲家庭大学生在亲密度及情感表达显著低于完整家庭大学生(t=4.27和4.35,P<0.01),而独立性因子要显著高于完整家庭大学生(t=5.28,P<0.01)。结论:单亲家庭大学生的心理健康状况与完整家庭总体上无明显差异,家庭因素对单亲大学生的个性有一定影响。

Objective：To investigate the mental health status and family environment of single-parent college students.Methods：200 undergraduates of single-parent families and 200 undergraduates of complete families from two colleges in Zhong Shan City were measured using the symptom checklist（SCL-90） and family environment scale Chinese vision（FES-CV）.Results： There were 176 valid questionnaires filled by single-parent family students and 181 questionnaires from complete family students.①No significant difference was found in mental status between single-parent family students and complete ones（all P0.05）.②Compared with male students from common family,the scores of male single-parent students were significantly lower on the factors of international sensitivity and depression（t=3.17,P0.01 and t=1.99,P0.05）.However,the scores of depression were significantly higher in female students（t=4.55;P0.01）.③The scores of the single-parent family students on factors of intimacy and emotional expression were significantly lower than those of complete students（t=4.27 and 4.35,P0.01）,but the scores of independence was significantly higher（t=5.28,P0.01）.Conclusions： There is no significant difference in mental health status between students from single-parent family and complete family,the family environment maybe affect the character of single-parent family students.
