后位扩肛加外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔206例

Posterior expansion within the strip bar with external anal treatment of 206 cases of circumferential mixed

目的:评价后位扩肛加混合痔外剥内扎术治疗环状痔的效果。方法:采用后位扩肛加混合痔外剥内扎术治疗环状痔206例。结果:206例患者术后随诊平均23个月,对痔团脱出、便血有效率99.7%。无术后肛门狭窄、肛缘水肿等并发症。结论:后位扩肛加混合痔外剥内扎术治疗环状痔简单、安全有效,减少环状痔术后肛门狭窄、肛缘水肿等并发症。

Objective：To evaluate the posterior anal expansion within the Canadian mixed hemorrhoid ligation outside the stripping effect of treatment of circumferential hemorrhoids.Methods：posterior anal expansion within the Canadian mixed hemorrhoid ligation stripping outside the ring hemorrhoid treatment of 206 cases.Results： 206 patients were followed up for an average of 23 months after surgery,groups of hemorrhoids prolapse,blood in the stool of 99.7% efficiency.No postoperative anal stenosis,anal margin of edema complications.Conclusions： anal plus posterior expansion within the strip bar mixed hemorrhoid treatment external hemorrhoid ring is simple,safe and effective to reduce the circular hemorrhoids anal stenosis,anal margin of edema complications.
