摘要
目的:探讨颈椎挥鞭样损伤非手术治疗的效果。方法:对本院2004年1月至2007年12月20例经非手术治疗的颈椎挥鞭样损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者都经过9～24个月的随访,非手术后患者的Frankel分级明显得到提高,大部分病例的脊髓功能均有明显改善。结论:颈椎挥鞭样损伤的治疗通过非手术治疗可获得良好的治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the non-operative results of whiplash injury.Methods：A retrospective study was performed on 20 cases of whiplash injury from February,2004 to December,2009 which were treated by non-operative treatment.Results： All cases got a 9-24 months follow-up.After treatment,the Frankel scores were improved in all cases.The spinal cord fuction significantly recovered in most of the cases.Conclusions： Non-operation which was treated by can offer a better result.
