摘要
V390 系列主柴油机遥控装置,广泛采用单回路闭环控制的“电-气”遥控方式。首先分析该遥控装置的特点,然后指出电/气转换器至伺服气缸之间的气动传输管路存在纯时延缺陷,造成主柴油机自身低速区的不稳定性,易引起“振荡”现象。计算分析与实机调试的结果表明,为V390 系列船用主柴油机应该选用一种带输入气压接口单元的全制式调速器,这样,可简化遥控装置的结构体系进而简化轮机转换的操作程序,实现遥控装置的“二次调节”,避免主柴油机在低速调节区的“振荡”现象。
The “electro pneumatic” remote control mode of single feedback closed loop controlling has been widely adopted in the remote control device of V390 Series Marine Diesel Engine.The features of this remote control device is analyzed at first in the paper.It is pointed out that the defect of pure time delay existing in the pneumatic pipelines between E/P converter and servo cylinder causes the unstability in the low speed region of main diesel engine itself and so called “oscillation” phenomenon.The results of calculation analysis and testing actual engine indicate that a full function type of speed regurator with pneumatic input interface unit should be chosen to make the configuration of remote control device and the engine converting procedures simplified.In this way “two time adjustments” of remote control device will be achieved to eliminate the “oscillation” phenomenon in the low speed adjustment region of main diesel engine.Then,the thermal and mechanical loads will be effectively controlled.
