摘要
新形势下高校班级建设和班级管理面临着复杂的新情况,严重地制约和影响了传统班级功能的发挥。学习型班级注重以人为本、知识共享和自我超越,是对已有的学校班级教育模式的一种根本性的探索,它以共同愿景、班级品牌、党团组织、班级文化为依托,依据大学生成长规律,改进学生活动参与方式,探索多样化载体,全面提升班级建设实效性,增强班级育人功效。
Under the present situation of society, the constructions and managements of university classes are confronting more complicated problems, which seriously play a significantly negative influence on the traditional class function and to some extent strongly constrain the class development. Learning-centered class emphasizes a human-oriented, knowledge-sharing and self-transcendence model, which is an essential exploration on the ongoing class management models. Leaming-centered class model is based on common vision, class brand, Party and Youth League organization, class culture. Moreover, it complies with the rule of university students' growth. Therefore, by this innovative model, we can try to improve the methods by which students take part in activities, and to explore various teaching carriers, promote the effectiveness of class constructions, and ultimately enhance the class teaching function.
