A Study on Rural Community Management Model Innovation from the Perspective of Coordinative Urban-Rural Development

农村社区建设是激活农村社会机体的生命力,实现城乡统筹发展的一条重要途径。农村社区管理存在很多问题,制约了农村社区建设与发展。实施网络治理,构建有利于农村社区发展的组织结构和运行方式,建立科学的管理体制与机制,对农村社区建设与发展具有极大的推动作用。

The rural community construction is a vital force to activate the rural community organism,and an important means to achieve coordinative urban-rural development.However,many problems are found in the management of rural community which restrict the rural community construction and development.To promote the construction and development of rural communities,it is necessary to implement network management,construct organizational structure and operational mode which is conducive to the development of the rural communities,and establish a scientific management system and mechanism.
