农村社区精英功能的维持与变迁——基于对江苏省射阳县黄沙村的调查

Functions of the Rural Elites,the Maintenance and Changes——A Study Based on the Investigation of Huangsha Village of Sheyang County in Jiangsu Province

随着现代化进程的加快,社区建设日益凸显其重要地位。根据这一背景,以黄沙村为个案,介绍改革开放30年来农村社区精英在农村社区建设中发挥的作用,同时分析农村社区精英在社区治理及社区建设中存在的突出问题,并根据黄沙村的实际提出相关建议。

With the accelerated process of modernization,community building has become increasingly important.Based on this reality,the paper conducts a case study of the Huangsha Community,introducing the role the community elites play in the community development.Meanwhile,it points out the prominent problems in the community management and community building.Finally some suggestions are proposed.
