前列腺素E1对兔腰椎间盘突出症神经根周围组织NO的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察前列腺素E1对家兔腰椎间盘突出症神经根周围组织一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法造模成功后,分别于造模后第7天(未用药)、第17天(用药后第10天)、第27天(停药后第10天)取材,测定各组神经根周围组织NO含量。结果用药后前列腺素E1组神经根周围组织NO含量降低(P<0.05),与地塞米松组和模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论前列腺素E1能降低腰椎间盘突出症神经根周围组织NO的含量,它是前列腺素E1治疗椎间盘突出症的作用机制之一。 Objective To observe the effects of intravenous injection of prostaglandin E1 injection on tissue around the nerve root nitric oxide(NO) in rabbits with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods The level of NO of tissue around the nerve root 7 days(untreated),17 days(10 days after treatment) and 27 days(withdrawal 10 days) after constructed model.Results The level of NO decreased after treatment with prostaglandin E1(P0.05).Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 can decrease the level of NO of tissue around the nerve root of the rabbits with LIDH.
