阳性强化治疗长期住院精神患者阴性症状的相关性研究

Therapeutic effect of positive strengthening on mental patients with negative symptoms

目的探讨阳性强化治疗长期住院精神患者阴性症状的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的52例长期住院的精神患者,随机分为两组,治疗组26例患者在常规药物治疗的基础上使用阳性强化治疗,对照组26例患者只应用常规的精神类药物治疗,治疗结束后分析两组治疗前后的疗效。结果治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经典抗精神病药物对阴性症状的疗效不理想,阳性强化辅助药物治疗可以改善精神患者的阴性症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of positive strengthening on mental patients with negative symptoms.Methods 52 patients with mental diseases were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group（26 patients） treated with positive strengthening on the basis of routine therapy and comparison group（26 patients） treated with routine psychiatric drug therapy.The curative effects were observed.Results The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of comparison group,which has a statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion It is not ideal for the classic antipsychotic drugs to treat the negative symptoms.The positive strengthening and drug therapy can improve negative symptoms of mental patients.
