摘要
目的通过平消胶囊对新辅助化疗乳腺癌疗效及对耐药基因P-gp、TOPOⅡ和GST-π的调控研究,探索扶正解毒中药对化疗增效的作用机制。方法将60例需行新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,在应用相同化疗方案的基础上,治疗组同时服用扶正解毒中药平消胶囊,对照组不服用。3周期后观察2组实体瘤的改善情况,并检测乳腺癌组织P-gp、TOPOⅡ和GST-π的表达,并进行组间比较。结果治疗组完全缓解率为13.3%,部分缓解率为63.3%;对照组完全缓解率为3.3%,部分缓解率为40%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。化疗后治疗组P-gp、TOPOⅡ和GST-π阳性表达率分别为36.7%,36.7及30%,对照组的相应为66.7%,40%及56.6%,两组间TOPOⅡ表达无显著差异,治疗组P-gp和GST-π表达较对照组显著降低。结论扶正解毒中药可增强化疗的效果,调控多药耐药基因的表达可能是其重要的作用机制。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Chinese drugs in increasing the curative effect of chemotherapy by observing the effect of Pingxiao capsules on neoadjuvant chemotherapy and multidrug resistant gene P-gp,TOPOⅡand GST-π for breast cancer.Methods Sixty patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy were divided into treatment group and control group.Pingxiao capsules treatment was added to the treatment group but it was not used in control group.The improved atatus of local tumor was observed and the expression of P-gp,TOPOⅡand GST-π in tumor tissue were compared between two groups after three therapeutic cycles.Results The complete remission rate(CR) of study group was 13.3% and partial remission rate was 63.3,while the figures were 3.3% and 40% in control group and there was obvious statistical differences between two groups(P0.05).The positive rate of P-gp,TOPOⅡand GST-π were 36.7%,36.7and 30% in study group and 66.7%,40% and 56.6% in control group after chemotherapy.There was no statically difference in TOPOⅡ expression between two groups.The P-gp and GST-π expressions were significantly lower in study group than control group.Conclusion Detoxicating and strengthening the body resistance Chinese drugs would enhance the chemotherapeutic effects.The Multi-drugs resistance gene expressions are regulated,which it may be important mechanism of action.
