尿动力学检查在小儿排尿功能障碍中的质量控制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价尿动力学检查(UDS)在小儿排尿功能障碍诊治中的作用。探讨小儿尿动力学检查的最佳方法。方法对79例小儿排尿功能障碍行UDS。结果通过改进个性化的方法实施后,全部接受并顺利进行了尿动力学检查。79例中遗尿症:DI:57.1%、功能性膀胱容量减少:42.8%、逼尿肌-括约肌协同失调(DSD):39.2%。尿频尿急:DI:71.4%、DSD:61.9%、尿道闭合压增高:52.3%。尿失禁:DI:70.6%、DSD:64.7%、膀胱容量减少:52.9%。脊柱裂:逼尿肌反射亢进:71.4%、DSD:57.1%、膀胱顺应性降低:57.1%。结论改进的方法可提高排尿功能障碍的小儿进行尿动力学检查的质量。应根据患儿的不同情况制定相应的治疗方案治疗小儿排尿功能障碍,才能取得满意效果。尿动力学检查在诊断和指导治疗方面起着重要的作用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of urodynamic studies(UDS) on the diagnose and therapy in the voiding dysfunction of the youth.Objective To evaluate the quality of urodynamic studies on the children by the improved methods.Methods 79 teenager patients with special symtoms of voiding dysfunction were tested with UDS.Results examinations were successfully completed on every the children after the improved methods on individual.enuresis of children suffered from detrusor instability(DI):57.1%,low effective cystometric capacity:42.8%,detrusor urethral sphincter dyssynergia 39.2%.Urinary frequence suffered from detrusor instability(DI):71.4%,DSD:61.9%,High urethra pressure:52.3%.Urinary incontinence suffered from detrusor instability(DI):70.6%,DSD:64.7%,low effective cystometric capacity:52.9%.Vertebra fissure suffered from detrusor overactivity:71.4%,DSD:57.1%,Low bladder compliance(BC):57.1%.Conclusion The quality of urodynamic studies on the children with the voiding dysfunction may be improved,According to carefully evaluation,selective corrective procedures in the voiding dysfunction of the youth are very important.The significant effect of UDS on the diagnose and therapy of voiding dysfunction of the youth.
