不同清洗方法对医疗器械清洗效果的研究

Study on the washing effect of medical instrumentations with difference washing methonds

目的:探讨不同清洗方法对医疗器械清洗效果。方法:通过采用四种清洗方法,比较器械在不同时间的潜血阳性数;采用多酶清洗法与传统清洗法,比较两者处理后器械洁净合格率;采用机器清洗与手工清洗法,比较器械的蛋白质与残留血。结果:多酶机清洗法,与多酶浸泡清洗法、清水清洗法的差异P<0.01,而与冲洗配合酶泡清洗法的差异P>0.05;多酶清洗法与传统清洗法处理后器械洁净合格率差异P<0.01;机器清洗与手工清洗后器械蛋白质残留比较差异P<0.05。结论:不同清洗方法对医疗器械的清洗效果有明显不同。

Objective： To learn the effects on the medical instrumentations by using different methods of washing.Methods： To compare the positive rate of occult blood after using four diverse methods in different time.The percents of pass about cleanliness are compared after using the multienzyme method and traditional method.The residual protein and blood are compared after using the machine and artificial methods.Results： The method of multienzyme machine is different from the method of multienzyme and water,whose P0.01,but is similar with the method of flushing and enzyme soaking,whose P0.05.The different of methods of multienzyme and tradition was P0.01.And the different of machine and artificial methods was P0.05.Conclusion： Each method of washing has obvious diverse effects on medical instrumentations.
