摘要
基于液压油换油标准SH/T 0599,建立了陶瓷压砖机换油周期和红外油液监测指标界限值的线性回归模型,并给出了模型的检验方法.在一个生产周期内,对YP5000型陶瓷压砖机液压油的6项换油指标和氧化深度及抗磨剂损耗进行了监测.用得到的监测数据和提出的检验方法对所建模型进行了检验.所得换油周期、氧化深度和抗磨剂损耗分别为371d、0.0637A/0.1mm和0.0392A/0.1mm.这些结果为合理安排YP5000压砖机的换油周期和在必要时对油液实施红外监测奠定了必要的基础.
A linear regression model for computing oil change period of ceramic tile press and the threshold value of infrared oil monitor indicators was firstly established based on the trade standard on hydraulic oil change—SH/T 0599 promulgated by China Petrochemical Corporation.The method to verify the model was given.Six oil change indicators including viscosity,water content,color,acid number and copper strip corrosion level,and two infrared oil monitoring indicators:oxygenating depth and anti-wear additive deterioration,of the in-service hydraulic oil of YP5000 hydraulic ceramic tile press were monitored for 10 months covering a whole production period.The proposed model was tested with the obtained data and the verification method.The results showed that it was apllicable to YP5000 hydraulic ceramic tile press.The computed oil change period,threshold values of oxygenating depth and anti-wear additive deterioration were 371d,0.0637A/0.1mm and 0.0392A/0.1mm respectively.Those results can be used to properly schedule the machine's oil change period and practise additional infrared oil monitor if the working conditions show it is necessary.
