混杂复合材料身管热膨胀系数的预测模型

摘要 热膨胀系数直接影响复合材料身管射击时热应力的大小。由于混杂复合材料组分多、结构复杂,因此预测其热膨胀系数难度较大。为预测某轻量化武器身管径向热膨胀系数,采用间接法,分别基于特征体单元模型和微观力学模型进行了计算,并将计算结果和实测值进行了对比研究,提出了一种预测混杂复合材料热膨胀系数的有效方法。 The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of composites influence the thermal stress in the composite gun barrel. The components of hybrid composites are quite complicated and diverse. Therefore it' s difficult to predict its thermal expansion coefficient. For predicting the radial thermal expansion coefficient of some lightweight weapon' s composite barrel, calculations based on RVE model and micromechanical models respectively by a indirect method were processed. The calculated results were compared with the measured data, and an effective method to predict the thermal expansion coefficient of hybrid composites is proposed.
