摘要
评估了2006年以来银行业海外并购的短期绩效结果发现,海外并购在总体上增加了银行股东的财富,特别是在并购消息公开后,财富效应非常明显。金融危机增加了海外并购的风险,2008年之后发生的海外并购绩效低于之前的并购;三家银行的海外并购事件都不同程度地减少了股东财富。
The study on short-term performance of overseas banking acquisition from 2006 until now suggested that overseas acquisition increase the asset of bank stockholders dramatically especially after the news of acquisition was released.Financial crisis increase the risk of overseas acquisition.The overseas acquisition of the three banks,in some degree,reduce the profit of stockholders.
