城乡统筹发展水平评价指标体系构建探讨——以河南省长垣县为例

Research on the Evaluating System of Planning Urban and Rural Development as a Whole——Taking Changyuan County of Henan for Example

在对我国中部河南省长垣县城乡统筹发展现状分析的基础上,构建了由经济发展水平、社会统筹水平、环境统筹水平组成的城乡统筹发展评价指标体系,采用统计与调查数据,对长垣县进行了实证分析,并提出了未来长垣县发展的思路。

This paper sets up an evaluation index system for the coordinated urban and rural development which includes the level of economic development,overall social planning and coordinated urban and rural environmental development.It makes an empirical analysis of Changyuan County of Henan Province in central China based on statistical and survey data,and puts forward the development thought of Changyuan County in the future.
