摘要
应用于发动机前置车辆上的传统双金属片硅油风扇离合器在发动机布置受到限制的车辆(比如一些工程车辆和豪华客车)上不能起到应有作用。与之相比电控硅油风扇离合器的应用不受发动机布置的限制,而且由于电信号具有的快速、准确的特点因而大大提高了调速灵敏性。本文介绍了一种用于工程车辆和豪华大客车上的电控硅油风扇离合器的结构和电控原理,并对其进行了台架试验,取得了满意的效果。
Bimetallic strip-controlled silicon oil fan clutch used in vehicle with front engine may not fit in with engine compartment in other type of vehicle, such as construction vehicles and luxury buses. On the contrary, electromagnetic controlled silicon oil fan clutch is more compact, and can also improve the sensitivity of speed control because of electric signal's fast response and accuracy. Jn this paper, the structure and working principle of an electromagnetic controlled silicon fan clutch used in some construction vehicles and luxury buses are described in detail. The experiment result indicates that it can work effectively.
