摘要
供应链管理是社会化大生产的产物,是先进的流通组织形式和市场营销方式。引进和实施供应链管理模式,建立供应商战略合作伙伴关系,对制造企业来说已经成为提升核心竞争力和获取市场竞争优势的重要途径。本文从概念入手对供应链管理及战略意义进行了分析和探讨,并在此基础上以沈冶机械公司实施供应链管理模式和创建供应商战略合作伙伴关系为例,论述了制造企业如何创建和评价供应商战略合作伙伴关系,并对战略合作伙伴关系的实施和发展以及需要防范的风险提出了自己的观点。
Supply chain management is the product of mass production,is the socialization of advanced circulation organization form and marketing mode.Introduction and implementation supply chain management mode,supplier strategy partner relations,it has become the important approaching for manufacturing enterprises improving the core competence and gaining market competitive advantage.The thesis starts from the concept of supply chain management and strategic significance,analyzes the how to create and appraisal the relations of the trategic cooperation partners by researching in the manangement mode of SMMC.It also brings up the own view of carring out the strategic cooperation partners and how to avoid the potential risk during the procedure of implement.
