On the Implicit Education in the College Ideological and Political Education

隐性教育的提出和实施,对思想政治教育具有很大的补充作用。思想政治教育中隐性教育具有教育过程的超时空性、教育资源的多样性、教育内容的内隐性、教育方式的自主性的特点,我国高等学校思想政治教育中的隐性教育目前还存在认识不足、载体不多、保障制度欠缺、教师素养不高的现状,可通过课程教育的诱导渗透、校园环境的规划建设、网络文化的引导熏陶、学生心理需求的适度满足、社会实践的扎实开展等途径,促进高等学校思想政治教育中隐性教育的发展。

It＇s thought that the advancement and implementation of implicit education currently is of great importance for the complement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The implicit education in the ideological and political education is characterized by the super dimension of educational process,the diversity of educational resources,the implication of educational content and the autonomy of educational method.Currently,the situations exist in the Chinese implicit education in the college ideological and political education,such as lack of knowledge,lack of carrier,lack of security systems and poor educational accomplishments.It is suggested that the development of the implicit education be promoted in ideological and political education in colleges and universities by infiltrating the education courses;the construction of the campus environment be strengthened;the influence of network culture be enlarged;students＇ needs for psychological health be appropriately met;and the activities oriented toward social practice be encouraged.
