The winner is first the pioneer of the renewal of thinking. Thus, we should be good at acceptance of enlightenment from others, cultivate personnel thinking quality, skill and energy in accordance with the requirement of innovation and settle the problem on the combination of concept diversity, thinking diversity and method diversity in scientific development and national spirit advaneement.
