新闻法是设定政府规制新闻自由界限的重要法律,是保护宪法所确定的公民言论出版自由等政治权利和自由的法律,是宪法及其相关法中的支架性法律,新闻法的制定与否是衡量社会主义法律体系是否完备的依据。
