加强中阿双方在人才领域的合作与交流,是深化中阿经贸合作的必然选择。宁夏必须借鉴国际人才开发合作经验,积极探索中阿人才合作新模式,明确中阿人才开发合作的战略重点和途径,努力把宁夏打造成中国面向阿拉伯国家开放合作的人才培育基地,为推动中阿经贸合作深入发展作出积极贡献。

It is a necessary choice for further Sino-Arab cooperation to strengthen the cooperation and communication on talent field between Sino-Arab. Ningxia should make efforts on the establishment of its cultivation of talent base opening up to Arab countries in China by the reference of experience of international talent cooperation, the exploration of new model on Sino-Arab talent cooperation and determination of key and route of SinoArab talent cooperation, contributing to further Sino-Arab economy and trade cooperation.
