摘要
目的:建立术后饮的制备及质量控制方法,并观察其临床疗效。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏、煎煮的方法提取药材中的有效成分制成合剂,用薄层色谱法进行质量控制,并观察其在住院病人手术后应用的临床疗效。结果:该制剂制备工艺可行,质量控制合理;治疗组观察病例100例,总有效率为92.0%,对照组观察病例80例,总有效率为81.2%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简便,质量稳定可控,临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To establish a method of preparation and quality control for Shuhouyin and to observe its clinical efficacy. Methods: Effective components for the preparation of mixture was extracted by applying the method of steam distillation and decocting,and quality for the preparation was eontrolied by applying the teehniqe of TLC, in which its clinical efficacy on postoperative patients in the hospital was observed. Results: The preparation procedure in production is feasibie and quality control is reasonable. Observing the treatment group (100 cases) and the eontrel group (80 cases), the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 92.0% and 81.2%. Conclusion: The preparation procedure in production is simple, its quality is stable and controllable,the clinical efficacy is reliable, which is worthy of clinical application.
