摘要
基于在船舶右舷对右舷对遇局面中船舶避碰行为的调查,根据信息熵理论,研究了会遇两船在不同距离、不同最近会遇距离时,船舶采取避碰行动种类的不确定性问题.
Based on the investigation of collision avoidance behaviors in starboard to starboard near head on situation and the Entropy Theory, the mavoeuvring uncertainty of the both encountered vessels is studied in the light of the distances and DCPAs between the vessels. This paper gives mavoeuvring advice for the vessels in such a situation to make their correct collision avoidance decision to avoid non coordination action.
