胶原蛋白海绵与重组人表皮细胞因子联合应用促进慢性难愈性创面愈合 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察胶原蛋白海绵与重组人表皮细胞生长因子联合应用对慢性难愈性创面修复的效果。方法应用胶原蛋白海绵联合重组人表皮细胞生长因子对慢性难愈性创面换药治疗,治疗后7、14、21、28天分别观察病理切片并计算创面愈合数。结果 14天内创面愈合17个,14~21天合愈合5个,22~28天愈合3个。结论胶原蛋白海绵联合重组人表皮细胞生长因子能明显促进慢性难愈性创面愈合。 Objective To observe the efficacy of combined application of collagen protein sponge and Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor(rHEGF) in the improvement in healing of chronic and refractory wound.Methods We have applied combination of collagen protein sponge and rHEGF on chronic and refractory wound and observed the wound healing process and histological changes on day 7,14,21 and 28 respectively.Results 17 cases healed prior to the 14th day of application,5 cases,from the 14 to 21st day and 3 cases from day 22 to 28th. Conclusion Combined application of collagen protein sponge and rHEGF can significantly improve the healing of chronic and refractory wound.
