详细介绍了双层辉光离子渗金属的放电特性,论述了离子渗金属两电源之间相互作用的必然性,阐明了离子渗金属的打弧本质,提出了离子渗金属电源的改进途径,为离子渗金属电源生产厂家提供了理论依据和设计指导.对双层辉光离子渗金属的电机理进行了深入研究,发现了离子渗金属两台电源之间的作用规律,并针对国内目前生产的离子渗金属电源存在的问题,设计了一种新型离子渗金属电源,它在使用中收到了满意的效果.
The electronic mechanism of double glow discharge plasma alloying is studied in details and the interplay law between two power sources during alloying processing is proposed. In order to solve the problems existing in the power source currently used in our country, a new type power source is designed for ion alloying. It has a good behavior in practice. This study introduces the discharge characteristic of double glow discharge plasma alloying and elucidates the certainty of interaction between two power sources and the nature of arc during plasma alloying. The method for improving the power source of plasma alloying is given.
