介绍了10 kV配网美式避雷器带电插拔技术开展与应用实践,对目前等电位、中间电位、地电位带电作业技术进行了相关研习,提出美式避雷器的带电插拔操作方法,实现了带电插拔操作方案的设计及工程应用,并产生带电操作、延长设备运行寿命、增加配网的可靠性、节省人力物力、降低检修成本等积极效果。

This paper firstly introduces the technology and application of American arrester hot-plug in 10kV distribution network,then studies the live operations at equal potential,intermediate potential and grounding potential situations.Finally,puts forward the American arrester hot-plug operations.The proposed solution has achieved the following positive effects： the better design and application of hot-plug operations in engineering,extention of the life-expansion of the equipment,increasing the reliability of the distribution network,saving more manpower and material resources,and reducing more cost of repairment.
