摘要
火电机组向高参数、大容量发展是一种趋势,但高参数运行对炉管金属材料有很高的要求,其设计、制造、安装、调试、运行过程中任何环节出现问题均可能带来严重的爆管事故。某2×680MW超超临界#3机组试运期间爆管事件进行了分析。
Coal-fired unit is tending to high parameter,large capacity in development,high parameter operation has very strict demand on metallic material of furnace tubes,any mistake in design,manufacture,installation,debugging and opereration can bring severe tube burst accident.A tube burst accident in a No.3 2×680MW ultra-supercritical unit is expounded.
