摘要
教师流失与学校文化关系密切。学校文化中领导的民主程度和教师合作程度是影响教师流失的重要因素。改造新型薄弱学校,必须重构学校文化特别是校长民主文化和教师合作文化。
Teachers drain is closely related to the school culture which is mainly composed of democratic leadership and teachers cooperation.The article suggests that disadvantageous schools reconstruct the campus culture through fostering the presidential democracy and the teachers collaborative atmosphere to push the advance of the underdeveloped schools.
