摘要
本文针对超临界锅炉受热面高温再热器部件用耳板,在加工过程中存在的各种问题进行了认真的分析、研究,并设计研制了耳板加工专用镶齿刀盘,满足了生产要求。
Problems in machining the lug which is used for heating surface of high temperature reheater in supercritical boiler are analyzed and studied,special face plate set with teeth is designed and developed which can satisfy the manufacturing requirement.
